New Mutants’ Director and Writer Josh Boone is hard at work making sure that X-Men fans enjoy the upcoming X-Men spin-off by making a killer script.

Nothing else is known about the project except that some of the new mutants from X-Men: Days of Future Past will be featured as the new mutants and no specific date has been given.

Both Sunspot (Adam Canto) and Warpath (BooBoo Stewart) were both already featured in their future selves in Days of Future Past.

Knate Gwaltney will co-write the script with Boone, who has directed The Fault In Our Stars.
